Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Nobleman AI Revenue Orchestration Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Service

Nobleman AI provides an AI-native sales orchestration environment. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for your internal business operations.

3. AI Content & Accuracy

The Service utilizes generative AI to produce outputs (summaries, emails, insights). AI is probabilistic. Nobleman AI does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before sending or relying upon them.

4. Data Ownership

• Customer Data: You retain full ownership of all data you upload or sync to the platform.
• Platform IP: Nobleman AI retains all rights to its software, unique algorithms, and the Nobleman Index™.

5. Billing & Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Usage-based AI features (Voice, Research Agents) are billed transparently based on consumption. All payments are non-refundable unless required by ADGM law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the ADGM Courts.
